Description:
The CAD Lead Designer / Drafter will work with engineers, project managers, and other personnel to develop CAD drawings for stormwater collection, treatment, and distribution systems as well as water, wastewater, and solid waste facilities. He/she will work with other CAD Leads to direct, supervise and mentor more junior level CAD staff.
Experience Required:
Certificate in Computer Aided Design Management and Applications required; Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
5-10 years relevant experience
Experience working with stormwater, design
Familiarity with CAD and Microstation standards required
Experience with AutoCAD 2004/2005/2006 and Microstation required
Experience in layout, drafting, design of layering, reference files, model and paper space and pen tables within AutoCAD and Microstation
Must be a self-starter, be highly motivated, and a quick learner
